The Hulett Brothers are building one of the fastest-growing digital media brands in creator culture. With billions of views across platforms, we’re scaling our operation—and we’re looking for a hands-on Studio Production Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
This isn’t a standard behind-the-scenes job. Beyond orchestrating set design and daily shoot logistics, you’ll directly co-develop new content concepts with us and hold joint revenue ownership over a newly launched 2nd social media account. What You’ll Do

Set Design & Construction: Design physical sets and handle light buildouts/repairs for video shoots.

Production & Scheduling: Direct daily set workflows, manage YouTube calendars, and keep production moving on time.

Creative Co-Development: Pitch concepts for our primary channels and co-create, launch, and manage our secondary account.

Collaborations & Editing: Coordinate shoots with guest creators, edit high-impact videos, and direct external freelance editors.
Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 / year (commensurate with experience).

Revenue Equity: 10% to 20% direct profit/revenue share from the co-created 2nd account.
